Now that September has arrived we can look forward to the slow turning of the weather colder, and the beginning of a new school year.
Though it seems like the 2011 summer is so far away. We are already getting ready for another year at camp. All the beds are being removed from the cabins and the refinished floors will look great when you move back into a cabin.
The office is busy re-enrolling everyone for 2011. We have already received many enrollment cards and hope many more will arrive this month. A number of counselors have already been in contact with us wanting a position for 2011 season. It is really great to hear what great summers everyone had. I think we are going to have another great staff.
Remember the 2011 season marks Uncle Speedy's and Aunt Bernice's 30th year as owners of Camp Nock-A-Mixon. What a great landmark it is to reach 30 summers.
